This unit specifies the competency required to erect and dismantle a range of modular scaffolding systems to provide work platforms for construction purposes.
The unit includes edge protection, access ways and falsework (scaffold support systems for formwork).
At the completion of this course students may apply to Worksafe Victoria for a National Licence to Perform High Risk Work. Application forms will be completed by the Worksafe Assessor conducting your assessment.

The application of competency is to be assessed in the workplace and realistically simulated worksites.
Assessment method will be via written and practical demonstration at varied intervals during the course
